על מה המדיניות חלה

על שתי החבילות של קטנטן עלי: שבוע אינטנסיבי (29 ₪, 7 ימים) וחודש הכנה (49 ₪, 30 יום). שתיהן בתשלום חד פעמי, בלי חידוש אוטומטי, ולכן אין מנוי לבטל. בסוף התקופה הגישה נסגרת מעצמה ולא מתבצע חיוב נוסף.

החזר מלא בתוך 14 יום

מי שעוד לא התחיל להשתמש בכלים בתשלום (לא התחיל מבחן מלא לדוגמה, לא פתח את הניתוח המלא ולא פנה למורה אחרי הרכישה) מקבל החזר מלא בתוך 14 ימים מהתשלום, בלי דמי ביטול.

אחרי שהתחלתם להשתמש

אפשר לבטל לפי הוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, ולקבל החזר בהתאם להן. זכויות לפי הדין אינן נגרעות.

הבטחת שיפור

מי שעושה שלושה מבחנים מלאים לדוגמה בתוך 60 יום, כשהמבחן המלא החינמי נספר כראשון, ובשלישי אחוז התשובות הנכונות אינו גבוה מאשר בראשון, מקבל החזר מלא של התשלום האחרון. מבקשים בתוך 14 יום מהמבחן השלישי.

איך מבקשים

כותבים ל-supportkatanali@gmail.com מהמייל של החשבון באתר. ההחזר מבוצע דרך Paddle, המשווקת המורשית, לאמצעי התשלום המקורי, בדרך כלל בתוך כמה ימי עסקים. עם ההחזר הגישה לכלים בתשלום נסגרת, וההתקדמות בחשבון נשמרת.

Refund policy for Katantan Ali, the paid plan of katan-ali.co.il. Both packages (Intensive week, ILS 29, 7 days; Prep month, ILS 49, 30 days) are one-time payments with no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. Full refund: within 14 days of payment, if you have not started using the paid features (no full practice test started, no full analysis opened and no tutor question asked after the purchase). After you have started using them, you may still cancel under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and receive a refund as that law provides. Improvement guarantee: complete three full practice tests within 60 days (the free one counts as the first); if the share of correct answers in the third is not higher than in the first, you get a full refund of your last payment, if requested within 14 days of the third test. Refunds are issued through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within a few business days, and access to the paid features ends when the refund is issued.
